When you place your order, be sure to include a valid email address. We’ll then create your custom design and send you a preview for approval via email. Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll email you the final high-resolution file.

Your first preview will usually be sent within 2-3 business days (often sooner). Final delivery depends on how quickly you approve the design.

No problem — you’ll have the chance to request as many edits as you like before we send your final file. We want your new artwork to be perfect.

Since this is a personalised digital product, we can’t offer refunds once the artwork has been finalised and delivered. However, we’ll work with you to ensure you’re happy with your design before final delivery.
